Allison Morris, Au.D.

I’m the Co-Founder and CEO of Soundly Supported, and a practicing audiologist. I started this journey after years working inside busy clinics, where I saw how much time, energy, and clinical expertise is quietly lost to routine support needs.

Day after day, routine questions about Bluetooth, device cleaning, charging, assistive listening devices, and other minor troubleshooting demanded attention from clinicians or support staff. Patients sometimes waited longer than necessary, not because anyone wasn’t dedicated, but because the system wasn’t designed to meet the realities of modern hearing healthcare.

Those experiences stayed with me. I couldn’t shake the feeling that we could do better for both patients and care teams.

Together with my cofounder, Rochit Gupta, we created Soundly Supported to address that gap. My goal is to build thoughtful, clinically grounded tools that extend support beyond clinic walls, reduce daily friction, and protect time for the care that truly requires clinical expertise.

At its core, this company exists to support sustainable, high-quality hearing healthcare. I’m grateful to be building it alongside clinicians, healthcare leaders, and my cofounder, who share a commitment to improving the experience for both patients and care teams.

Our Mission

Empower audiologists to focus on what they do best—providing exceptional hearing care—while our AI agent handles the routine.

We're not here to replace the human connection that makes audiology special. We're here to preserve it by eliminating the friction, the repetition, and the administrative burden that keeps clinicians from doing their best work.

Our Commitment

  • Clinical accuracy: Every interaction is grounded in audiological best practices

  • Patient safety: Intelligent guardrails ensure appropriate escalation

  • Workflow enhancement: Technology that fits into your day, not disrupts it

  • Partnership: We succeed when your clinic succeeds

Why We're Different

We're not a tech company trying to understand healthcare. We're healthcare professionals who built the technology we needed. That difference shows in every conversation our AI agent has with your patients.

Research-Backed Approach

As a practicing audiologist, I identified these gaps firsthand before building Soundly Supported. Emerging peer-reviewed research confirms what clinicians have long experienced, including a 2025 study in the International Journal of Audiology finding that adults with hearing loss rated AI-driven chatbots as user-friendly and useful for basic support tasks, while identifying personalization, conversation continuity, and multi-channel access as key areas for improvement. Soundly Supported was built to address those gaps.
