Built by People Who Understand Your World
Our Story
Soundly Supported was born from a simple realization: audiologists shouldn't spend their time explaining how to troubleshoot bluetooth.
Our CEO and co-founder is a practicing audiologist who experienced the daily frustration of brilliant clinicians bogged down by routine, non-billable support calls. Patients waiting days for simple answers. Front desk staff overwhelmed. Clinical time consumed by tasks that, while important to patients, didn't require years of specialized training.
The solution required more than good intentions—it required world-class technology.
Enter our co-founder, a Principal Engineer from Splunk with deep expertise in building enterprise-grade, scalable systems. Together, we combined clinical insight with technical excellence to create something the hearing care industry has never had: an AI-powered support agent that actually understands audiology.

Our Mission
Empower audiologists to focus on what they do best—providing exceptional hearing care—while our AI agent handles the routine.
We're not here to replace the human connection that makes audiology special. We're here to preserve it by eliminating the friction, the repetition, and the administrative burden that keeps clinicians from doing their best work.
Our Commitment
Clinical accuracy: Every interaction is grounded in audiological best practices
Patient safety: Intelligent guardrails ensure appropriate escalation
Workflow enhancement: Technology that fits into your day, not disrupts it
Partnership: We succeed when your clinic succeeds
Why We're Different
We're not a tech company trying to understand healthcare. We're healthcare professionals who built the technology we needed. That difference shows in every conversation our AI agent has with your patients.
Research-Backed Approach
Recent peer-reviewed research validates the potential of AI chatbots in hearing health support. A 2025 study in the International Journal of Audiology found that adults with hearing loss rated AI-driven chatbots as user-friendly and useful for basic support tasks.
The study also identified key areas for improvement—personalization, conversation continuity, and multi-channel access—all of which Soundly Supported was designed to address. We've built on this emerging evidence to create a platform that combines the accessibility of AI with the personalization and clinical oversight that hearing healthcare demands.
